1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, company name (optional), and timezone when you register.

Usage data: API requests, render counts, response times, and error rates for service monitoring and billing.

Render content: HTML content submitted for rendering is processed in isolated containers and deleted immediately after rendering. We do not store, log, or analyze your source HTML.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process billing; (c) send transactional emails (account confirmations, security alerts); (d) monitor service health and prevent abuse.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Render content is processed in ephemeral, isolated containers. API keys are stored using SHA-256 hashing with prefix-based lookup — we cannot see your full API key after creation.

4. Data Retention

Rendered output files are retained for 1-72 hours depending on your plan, then permanently deleted from our storage. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Google Analytics for website analytics; Stripe for payment processing (when available). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session cookies, CSRF tokens) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You may: (a) access your data via the API or dashboard; (b) update your information in Settings; (c) delete your account and all associated data; (d) export your render history. Contact us for data portability requests.

8. GDPR & International

For EU/EEA users: our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (providing the Service) and consent (analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time. Our data processing infrastructure is located in the United States.
