1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TongoRender ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TongoRender provides an API for converting HTML to PDF documents, images (PNG, JPEG, WebP), and screenshots of live URLs. The Service includes a TypeScript SDK, CLI tool, MCP Server integration, and a web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) render illegal or harmful content; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas; (c) reverse engineer the Service; (d) distribute malware or phishing content through rendered documents.

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

Each plan has defined render limits and rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Unused renders do not roll over between billing periods.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

7. Data Retention

Rendered files are stored temporarily based on your plan's retention period (1-72 hours). Source HTML is processed in isolated containers and deleted immediately after rendering. We do not store your source content.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TongoRender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
